9 Changi South Street 3 project, located within Changi South Industrial Area comprises an 8-storey office building and a 4-storey conventional warehouse. The design and build scope includes the construction of 16m floor to floor height for new warehouse space and 7m for other levels within the existing high void space of the conventional warehouse building.
