The addition and alteration works aimed to transform the NIE and NTU campus into the Youth Olympic Village (YOV) for the inaugural Youth Olympic Games in 2010. Project scope included works to have revamped toilets, upgraded outdoor training facilities and improvement to café/dining hall.
